Matthew Palmer
Matthew fell in love with film at twelve-years-old, when he watched Fargo for the first time. Since that day, he’s never been far from a camera. While studying at NYU he became interested in documentary storytelling, aiming to make nonfiction films as cinematic as possible. Matthew approaches each project with a passion for visual storytelling and an eye for detail and subtlety. His films have screened around the world and in 2017 he was part of the Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase. Personal website

Kailee McGee
An award-winning artist, filmmaker, and writer. She makes content for screens of all sizes. Her work frequently blurs the line between reality and fiction, life and art. She has directed numerous music videos, short films, digital new-media pieces, and written / produced / directed three feature films. She has also created standout video content for networks, brands, and entertainment marketing campaigns such as A24, Mattel, Toca Boca, Sesame Street, HGTV, Focus Features, ESPN, Netflix, E!, Paramount, Sony, and Disney. Nevil Jackson
A cinematographer / director specializing in street photography, moody portraits, and performance art. Born in New York City, he was encouraged to pursue his interests in music, ballet, writing, and photography. After graduating from Dickinson College with two degrees in Philosophy and Psychology, he moved to rural Maine to teach high school literature. While teaching, he began to think about how to convey ideas and emotion through a more immediate form of expression; Filmmaking. Personal website

Mitchell Arens
As a cinematographer / director Mitch has been fortunate enough to work everywhere from Borneo to Siberia. He recently returned from the middle east where we was serving as the cinematographer on a documentary about Hyperloop development in the UAE. His most recent narrative project, where he worked as the director of photography, Oh Lucy! (Directed by Atsuko Hirayanagi), has received the International Short Jury Award at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival and 2nd prize in the 2014 Cinefondation category at Cannes.

Basil Mironer
An award-winning Director, Basil excels at visual storytelling and character-driven content. He’s traveled the world creating videos for clients such as: Bud Light, Hyperloop-One, ClevverTV, Chevy, Billboard Magazine, Mobil 1, Kingsford, Verizon, and more. In addition to short form media, Basil has directed episodic series, narrative films, and documentaries that explore identity, family, and self-acceptance.

Taj Musco
Born in a tiny New England hamlet, Taj is a writer / director with great comedic timing and an eye for the absurd. His films have premiered at festivals such as Telluride and Slamdance, and his latest writing is featured on the Black List, which won the Gold Prize for Drama at the 2018 PAGE Screenwriting Awards. Corey Kupfer
A Wisconsin native with a background in experimental films, performance art, and mixed-media installations. As a writer / director Corey explores his own acting and directing method by rigorously studying all of the great teachers from Stanislavsky to Cassavetes. He has developed his own practice in detail, designed to balance the ideal working method for the actor, without sacrificing the emotional power of the cinematography. Personal website

Miriam Ditchfield
A director / editor whose filmmaking debut, BLACK HORN NIGHT HERON, premiered at the 63rd Berlinale International Film Festival, and won the 2013 Director’s Guild of America Best Student Director Award. Miriam recently directed the SorBabes Gourmet Sorbet NEVER SETTLE campaign, highlighting the achievements of the everyday women.

Aleksandar Marinovich
An editor / director / performer specializing in documentary, experimental, and music-saturated content. His work has been shown at film festivals nationwide, including Outfest Film Festival Los Angeles, DOC NYC, Woodstock International Film Festival, UCLA Spotlight, Red Hook International Film Festival, and the Culver City Film Festival. He received his B.A. from Hampshire College and M.F.A. from UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television.
Our directors

Basil Mironer

An award-winning filmmaker and producer with a MFA in film and television production from New York university. Basil has worked throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle-East.

Ben Mironer

A multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and producer, Ben began his professional career scoring feature films, doing sound design for TV, and songwriting for other artists.
